Secure Payment Form

COPPERCREEK offers the following payment arrangements: Deposits or paid in full tuition may be paid by check, credit card, or fund transfer (International). Faxed applications are acceptable. Click Here to request a paper application. Additional siblings each receive a 5% discount, provided that at least one camper is enrolled in Traditional Camp, (offer valid on 2 or more weeks of Traditional Camp only). We accept Mastercard and Visa only. We do not accept American Express. FOR TRADITIONAL CAMP all tuition is fully refundable until April 1st, 2008, and thereafter refunds will be made up until one month prior to the camper's expected arrival, less a $500 administration fee. After the "one-month prior to camp" deadline, no refund will be made unless we receive written explanation from a physician describing an illness or injury that prevents the camper's attendance at camp. In March of 2008, we will bill all outstanding tuition. All tuition must be paid in full on or before April 1st, unless other arrangements have been made, in writing, with us. Any unpaid balances after the deadline will have the deposit returned and the camper's space relinquished to the waiting list. For our TREK, CIT, Junior Trek and Horsemastership programs, we reserve the right to retain a $500.00 administration fee for all cancellations prior to April 1st due to high demand and limited enrollment in these programs. No refunds will be given for cancellations in TREK, CIT, Junior Trek and Horsemastership for cancellations after April 1st, 2008.

STORE ACCOUNTS: Coppercreek does not have a camp store for food purchases. However, there are occasions when campers need spending money. This may include lost or forgotten items, an out of camp trip where a treat may be purchased, stamps, toothpaste, lip balm or postage for items left at camp and returned by us.

Traditional campers have a credit of $15.00 per week, TREK, and CIT'S have $25.00 per week as they are out of camp more often. After your camper(s) return home, we will bill any store charges to your credit card, not to exceed the amounts mentioned above. (International campers may bring the above amounts with them, if a credit card is not convenient). Many campers charge nothing while in camp. We will need a credit card number (which will still be valid in September of 2008) and expiration date for store accounts.
